Shop FAQ’s


  • Upon receiving your order, if you would like to return an item, you have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate the return, please email [email protected] with your request, within the 10-day window. Include what you would like to return, the reason, and your order #. If your return falls within the 10-day window and is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. 
  • Please note customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and include your instore credit amount.
  • Entertaining items (i.e. shatterproof or styrofoam cups) are not eligible for return.


We do not offer cash refunds. You will be issued a credit that can be used at The Lake Collection within the same year.
